The farm can accommodate groups ranging from 5 to 500+ guests.  The flexibility of the property allows us to create small and intimate gatherings or amazing parties for huge groups.

The indoor lodge can accommodate around 70 guests in a standing minging setting.  Our open aired pole barn provides space for a sit down dinner for 100+ guests or standing mingling for around 200.  We also have a outdoor dining area set up in the field in front of our quintessential red chicken coop and garden area.

We can provide our family raised Schmidt Cattle Co. Beef or we also allow outside catering from approved vendors.  We can assist in the procurement of alcohol or can work with individuals on providing alcohol. We ask that every event organizer provides event insurance and an alcohol permit.  These are reasonably priced and easy to get and will protect the event organizer and Schmidt Cattle Co. Events.

We want to be respectful of neighbors to the farm so we ask all events end around midnight unless otherwise agreed upon.

There is plenty of parking in the field for any sized group.  We can also assist in booking shuttles if a centralized meeting spot in Spokane is better for your guests.  Schmidt Cattle Co. Events is about 30 minutes from downtown Spokane.
